Snow is Coming!
Woohoo! I just got an email from Mammoth Mountain announcing they are opening on November 13th! HOK ski trip anyone?
In case you don’t know, Mammoth is part of the Sierra Nevada’s with over half a mile of vertical drop, is definitely one of the top ski resorts in the US and normally is open until July 4th.
For those who have never skied or snowboarded before.. here’s a quick lesson: go straight down the mountain really fast. If something gets in your way, turn.

That looks like a lot of fun though I wonder what the degree of turn should be if something does come in the way…
