Just wanted to make sure that we put this out there for the “powers that be” since I don’t think it’s been directly linked to on this blog.
A while back, HOK announced its partnership with the Biomimicry Guild all over the place, but it’s still worth shouting from the rooftops!

Great!!!!
I think this is just the greatest thing since sliced bread. I went to a 2 day charrette a couple of weeks ago here at ZooAtlanta (just before Yiselle and the gang went over to the one in Arizona) and it was FANTASTIC. The two things I took away from the event were ‘communicating with biologists’ and ‘animal observation’. I want to give a ‘Shout-Out’ to Rose, Taryn, and Henry DeGrazia for really doing a super job facilitating us over those two days. It’s so much fun to get to work with someone across diciplines. When Ashley Smith (Toronto) and I worked on the building for the city of the future, it was such a great experience to collaborate on IDEAS, and that’s what HOK is all about, right?!!!
