Wiki Your Research

So how many times have you done a ton of background research for a project, only to pack it up and file it away once the project is over? This past week I used a new feature on the HOK Research Library’s Workspace where you can create a wiki for your research, and I would highly recommend it as it is super easy and user friendly. It runs in a blog format, and takes about five minutes to get set up and going. Here in St Louis, we often take on research efforts in a ‘divide and conquer’ approach, making this a great platform for teams to compile research in one place, share with others and draw insight from others across the firm. Eco friendly too because instead of printing heavy ’background information’ packets, it is all electronic–and live.
HOKers out there can check it on the new version of HOK Knowledge Net, Research Library Workspace…
