San Francisco Office Walks and Raises Money for Heart Health

The American Heart Association’s Start! Heart Walk took place in San Francisco on September 17. Twenty-one people walked with the HOK team.
HOK San Francisco’s office donated nearly $15,000 that will go to fund research and education and to advocate for better heart health. The money came from generous donations by HOK people in the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, as well as from friends and family of HOK employees.
The San Francisco office walkers split up into three teams. Marc Flax and Joshua Bridie led the efforts, with help from coaches on each floor: 2nd Floor – Olivier Santoni-Constantini; 3rd Floor – William Ogle; 7th Floor – Emily Fettig.
