The Single Largest Concrete Pour in the History of Saudi Arabia

AMEinfo reports that the concrete pour for the foundations of Riyadh’s new Capital Market Authority (CMA) tower scheduled to be complete by 2012 was “the single largest concrete pour recorded in the history of the Kingdom to date.” The story notes that the concrete pour was completed within 36 hours, with mobile truck mixers arriving on the site every 90 seconds.
