There is this running joke around the Toronto office. Mostly from the people who I talk with. About something I like to call: ‘after-Noon naps.’ Which ironically has nothing to do with noon, but emphasizes the napping part. Now although I am sure it’s not a new term with anyone above the age of 2 and a half weeks. I thought I would share several different ideas on how to make it appear as though you are working, even though you are ‘resting your eyes’, in a meeting room, sick room, or outside on a bench. (or if your good enough. In the comfort of your own bed.)

While you were sleeping

While our friends to the south were enjoying cold turkey and unnecessary shopping, we in the north once again showed the world why we have the most inept elected officials. If you’re familiar with my earlier post telling the story of our federal election in October, you would have noticed my prediction of an election in 2009. But unfortunately my assessment was wrong.

The majority of the countries on this globe are talking about economic stability, but here in the hinterland our government is talking about election reform.

For my American friends, our government is based on the number of seats each party holds in the House of Commons. The Conservatives hold the largest number of seats and therefore are …
