Diversity Task Force STL

Diversity is an important role in each person’s life.  We understand diversity from things as simple as trying a new food, designing buildings in new ways, and knowing people who differ from ourselves.  Simply put, without diversity, life would not be like a box of chocolates (and really, who wants that).

Parting is Such Sweet Sorrow

Parting is indeed such sweet sorrow for the annual HOK Arts and Education Council fundraiser has concluded.  Until next year, it can be said ‘for you and I are past our dancing days’!

It’s not a stretch that I would be quoting William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet when the St. Louis office is home to two wonderful actors, Margaret Goodin and Charlie Lutz.  They delighted us Friday with the famous Balcony Scene of Romeo and Juliet and we were dazzled to say the least!  Direction came from Rick Deline (center photo), Director of the St. Louis Shakespeare Festival, and Margaret and Charlie were chosen based on officewide bids between 3 Romeos and 3 Juliets.  You can see …
