The day finally came! LA raffled off the Prius!!!
Please join us in congratulating the winner of our LEED AP/Prius Challenge, BARBARA OSTROFF!!
In addition, we would like to make special mention of Lori Selcer and Albert Kaneshiro. They have spent a considerable amount of their time organizing, tutoring and encouraging us to become LEED APs (93 in total) and to lead all HOK offices with 73%.
And, thanks to each of you who took us up on the Challenge and put in the extra time and effort to pass the exam.
Today marked the final day of the HOK St. Louis office’s 2008 United Way Campaign. Every year this campaign grows, not only in the buzz it generates, but also in the amount of money we raise. This year, with a goal of $47,500 we knew we had to step up our efforts (what with the struggling economy and all). As part of the United Way committee, I volunteered to head up the We Care: Wii Bowling Competition. Here’s what I had to say:
