Road To The Best
This morning I had the privilege of introducing our very own Monte Wilson at the ULI Atlanta series ‘Learn from the Best’. Monte’s road to being the best began 24 years ago at CRSS, which was acquired by HOK shortly after he started. He shared highlights of his journey, life lessons, and advice on leadership. I handed out some college and early career photos of Monte during my intro. I share those (you’re welcome) and some of his tips with you now.
- Be willing to take risks.
- Find opportunities to practice public speaking early in your career.
